1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Water Planter ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
This application is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of this application is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall govern.
3. Description of Service
Water Planter provides plant-care reminders and soil-check scheduling. The App uses information you provide about your plants, location, and weather to suggest watering intervals. All recommendations are suggestions only - you are responsible for the actual care of your plants.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts and Security
You may create an account using email and password or a supported social sign-in provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Subscriptions
Water Planter Premium is available through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Available Plans
Weekly Subscription - GBP 1.99 per week
Monthly Subscription - GBP 4.99 per month
Yearly Subscription - GBP 19.99 per year
3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
The free version of Water Planter allows users to manage one (1) plant at no cost.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can restore previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore Purchases" option available within the application.
7. Free-Tier Limits
Free accounts may be limited to a maximum number of plants and AI plant-identification scans per month. These limits are shown in the App and may change over time.
8. Refunds
All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies.
All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies.
Elvee Ltd cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the respective app marketplace.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos, plant names, and notes you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the App's services.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
Upload harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
12. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
13. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Plant-care recommendations are estimates based on the information you provide and publicly available weather data.
We are not responsible for plant damage, loss, or any other harm resulting from your use of the App.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App.
17. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elvee Ltd regarding the use of Water Planter.
